Superior Funding Corporation is looking for seasoned loan advisors to participate in further company growth. With licenses pending in other New England states, Superior Funding Corporation is growing and further expanding its territories.

Our Philosophy

While much of the competition relies on questionable sales tactics to obtain new customers, we stick to the basics by offering highly competitive loan terms and delivering as promised. We do not reply on sales pitches or colorful presentations; instead we rely on our knowledge and our efficient processes to appeal to a wider base of potential clients.

Qualifications

We look for loan advisors with at least three years of experience in mortgage lending, knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines and DU/LP processing and feedback, as well as familiarity with portfolio investors and their underwriting criteria.

In addition, our loan advisors must be entrepreneurs who find ways to obtain new business. You will be responsible for establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with financial advisors, realtors and attorneys. We always welcome new ideas of generating qualify business prospects and will be happy to discuss their implementation if you have a plan.

High moral standards are a must.
