Step 1. Budget Evaluation

In many cases, we can estimate your purchase power without credit check and documents reviews. We schedule a brief discussion to learn about your finances and determine where your purchase price range may be. Or, get started right now

Step 2. Feasibility Check

We arrange a quick conversation with a real estate coordinator, a highly qualified real estate professional who can advise on the areas and properties which may be within your price range, before jumping into pre-approval. Already working with a realtor? Great, we will be happy to coordinate with them.

Step 3. Full Pre-Approval

Assuming successful outcome of prior steps, we move to pre-approval. You will complete an application, we will run a credit check, review your income and asset documents, analyze, and issue a pre-approval letter. You can then start looking at homes when you are ready.
